Part 1: Privacy Policy

Welcome to "Donely" (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). This Application is a minimalist task tracking tool. We highly value your privacy. This policy explains how we handle, collect, and protect your personal information.

1. Data Collection, Processing, and Use

• Personal and Task Data (Local Storage): By default, all tasks, tags, timestamps, and logs you enter in Donely are stored entirely on your local mobile device. Without your explicit consent and active operation, we will not upload any of your task content to any third-party servers or to the developer.
• In-App Purchases (IAP): When you purchase premium features or subscriptions, all transactions are processed securely through the official app store billing system (e.g., Google Play Billing System). This Application does not collect, store, or access your credit card numbers, bank accounts, or any financial details.
• Advertising and Device Technical Data: To maintain the operation of our free services, this Application integrates third-party advertising and analytics services (such as Google AdMob). These service providers may collect and use your device advertising identifier (e.g., Google Advertising ID / GAID), device model, operating system version, and application crash logs to provide personalized advertisements, limit ad frequency, and analyze advertising performance.

2. Google Drive Synchronization and Permissions

When you actively enable the Google Drive backup and synchronization feature, this Application will request access permissions via the official API. The operational framework is as follows:

• Dedicated Application Data Folder (App Data Folder): This Application only accesses a dedicated "hidden folder" created specifically for this Application within your Google Drive. This Application has no permission to access, read, or modify any other personal files in your cloud drive.
• No Developer Access: All backup and synchronization files are transferred securely and directly from your device to your personal Google Drive. The developer (or any third party) absolutely cannot read, view, copy, or modify your backup files.
• Full Control and Data Deletion: You can disable the synchronization function at any time in the Application settings. If you wish to delete cloud backups, you can revoke Donely's access permissions via your Google Account's "Security Settings > Manage Third-Party Access", or directly clear the application data within the Google Drive management interface.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

This Application integrates the following trusted third-party service SDKs to assist in cloud synchronization, ad delivery, and payment processing. These service providers will process your relevant technical data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

• Google Play Services / Google Drive API (For account verification and cloud backup)
• Google Play Billing Service (For processing in-app purchases)
• Google AdMob and Associated Ad Partners (For ad delivery, performance analysis, and fraud prevention)

4. Children's Privacy Protection

This Application does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided information to us, please contact us immediately, and we will take necessary measures to delete that information.
